These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PropVault, a real estate intelligence platform operated by Elevate Integration LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PropVault provides real estate intelligence tools including property analysis, lead scoring, outreach script generation, pipeline management, and related features (the "Service"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Service. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Elevate Integration LLC.
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. Access to the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
The Service, including all software, features, content, and design, is owned by Elevate Integration LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process and display it solely to provide the Service to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED CONTENT OR PROPERTY DATA.
Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making real estate investment decisions.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELEVATE INTEGRATION LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elevate Integration LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (d) any outreach communications you send using content generated by the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Service immediately ends. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Sections 7–10 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
